About me

A man wearing a blue suit and a light blue checkered shirt is standing with his arms crossed, smiling at the camera in an indoor space with large windows and industrial design.

I help organizations solve complex business problems that sit across functions, especially where strategy, operations, customer priorities and technology need to come together. Over the past 15+ years, my work has spanned enterprise transformation, supply chain, commercial excellence, customer experience and digital enablement, with a consistent focus on turning ambiguity into practical, measurable outcomes.

Where I Create Value

Enterprise transformation

Turning broad strategic ambitions into operating models, governance, workstreams and measurable execution.

Commercial & customer operations

Improving how organizations segment customers, design service models, manage customer journeys and translate VOC into operational priorities.

Supply chain & operational performance

Connecting service, inventory, working capital, capacity and customer priorities rather than optimizing each independently.

AI & digital enablement

Identifying where AI, automation, analytics and platforms materially change work rather than layering technology onto broken processes.

Strategic operating support

Helping CEOs and leadership teams diagnose ambiguous problems, structure decisions and drive cross-functional initiatives that do not fit cleanly inside one function.

“Outside the Operating Role”

I also spend a significant amount of time studying businesses, industries and capital allocation.

Through RAAH Capital and Alphasumer, I analyze earnings, competitive dynamics and structural changes affecting consumer, retail and adjacent industries. The exercise forces me to move constantly between investor and operator perspectives: what is happening, why it is happening, and what management should do about it.

“Let’s Connect”

I’m particularly interested in connecting with operators, investors, founders and thought leaders working on consequential business problems.

Those conversations may lead to a transformation engagement, fractional or advisory role, strategic project, investment, partnership — or simply an exchange of ideas.

If you see an opportunity where my experience could add value, I’d be interested in exploring it.
